It hasn't even been a week since we were able to see the new F-Type model of the British car company Jaguar for the first time in leaked photos , and we already have another batch of information and, above all, new images of the spiritual successor of the legendary E-Type .
At first glance, it is clear that the new product is practically no different from the C-X16 concept, which was first shown to the motoring public more than a year ago. As soon as we first look at the sports roadster, we are attracted by the front headlights and the distinctive radiator grille perfectly integrated into the front bumper, which we could admire in the aforementioned concept. However, the fact that we are dealing with one of the most beautiful cars presented this year only stands out in the rear parts of the car, which, with their shape and elongated headlights, make it clear which car they were inspired by.
The drive of this beast competing with cars like Mercedes-Benz SLK or BMW Z4 will be taken care of by a turbocharged six-cylinder engine with a displacement of 3.0 liters with two different characteristics. The first will offer 250 kW (335 hp) and 450 Nm of torque, the second and more powerful 279 kW (375 hp) and 460 Nm of torque. The top engine will be a fork eight-cylinder with a displacement of 5.0 liters tuned for a performance of at least 500 horsepower. Rear-wheel drive and a light body are a matter of course. Everything points to the fact that Jaguar paid particular attention to this model.
