DS is presenting two interesting show cars in Geneva

The main novelty of the now independent DS car company is a significantly modernized version of the DS 5 liftback , which in design has separated itself from the parent Citroën (under whose brand the car was sold for a long time). Next to it, you will also find two show cars at the stand, emphasizing the brand's new identity.

The Liftback DS 5 Moon Dust has undergone a series of modifications that highlight the hexagonal DS Wings grille with a distinctive logo and chrome frame. Most of the meat stands out thanks to the gray structured paint with specific chrome finishes. The already mentioned chrome elements of the front fascia have been given more light and shine to contrast with the other elements in dark chrome. The interior used Bracelet de montré brown waxed leather , pleated silk door panels and matte black Macassar ebony trim. Under the hood of the DS 5 Moon Dust concept is a hybrid diesel engine with a system output of 200 horsepower and all-wheel drive.

The history of the 1955 DS is commemorated by the "2015 model year" version of the 21 Pallas . Fantomas' sedan celebrates 60 years this year and represents the legacy from which today's DS brand draws. The model on display at the Geneva Motor Show is painted in Encre Blue and has an interior upholstered in semi- aniline Criollo leather . Both elements refer to the aforementioned facelift of the DS 5 model.
