At the currently ongoing Frankfurt Motor Show, when you visit the Ferrari stand, you will see the powerful 458 Speciale , for which the automaker also officially released a promotional video yesterday. As the name suggests, the special model is based on the classic 458 Italia and definitely has a lot to offer.
Compared to the aforementioned normal model, the 458 Speciale will primarily offer a more aerodynamic body with a new front bumper, side sill extensions and a revised aggressive rear diffuser. It also includes a larger rear spoiler and aerodynamic flaps that open and close based on the car's speed.
In the engine compartment there is a 4.5 -liter eight-cylinder with a power of 605 hp and a torque of 540 Nm, which is an increase of 35 hp. An improved dual-clutch transmission is connected to the drive unit, with which the Maranell stallion accelerates to 100 km/h in three seconds . The Italian supersport also has 20-inch forged wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 tires , under which there are powerful Brembo brakes .
