The legendary Porsche car company is slowly but surely following in the footsteps of its competitors, in an effort to offer its cars to the general public. This week we have already published information about the upcoming Porsche Macan , or a number smaller than the Cayenne , now we will focus on the smaller version of the Panamera model.
In the unofficial report, there was not a single mention of the internal designation of the upcoming car. However, from the available information, it appears that the new model could bear the name Pajun . Like most German competitors, Porsche is also trying to target a wider range of customers. The new Pajun model is thus ready to blow away the new and existing clients of Mercedes , Audi and BMW , who still rule in their segments.
The Porsche Pajun will be offered as a sedan at the start of production, with a station wagon body added over time. The engine range will consist of three petrol and one diesel engine. The first category will offer outputs ranging from 320 to 520 hp, the diesel three-liter BiTurbo from Audi will provide 313 hp.
Porsche Pajun could go on sale during 2017. Experts estimate the basic price range from 65 to 100,000 euros.
