Sergio Pininfarina ranks among the most famous car designers of the 20th century, unfortunately he left this world suddenly in July 2011. However, his design studio is still alive and is currently preparing a new concept to pay tribute to the late designer.
Based in Cambiano, Italy, Pininfarina SpA is currently focusing on the premiere of a special concept called SERGIO , which refers to the famous designer Sergio Pininfarina. The premiere will take place at the upcoming Geneva exhibition , but before that the studio released the first teaser .
Of course, there was also a smaller statement: "The new Pininfarina concept is ready for its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. By naming it SERGIO , we pay tribute to the late Sergio Pininfarina . The car concept recreates the achievements of Sergio Pininfarina's pencil, but is translated into a modern vision together with exclusivity, innovation and passion".
If you remember, last year at the Geneva Motor Show, the Pininfarina studio revealed the Cambiano concept with three doors (one on the driver's side and two on the passenger's side).
