Nissan GT-R Nismo – Record breaking Godzilla officially!

The Nissan GT-R in all its generations is considered one of the best cars ever . The current generation regularly goes through technology upgrades to stay on top. Nissan 's sports division, Nismo , now presents the most furious production Godzilla ever .

From the first look at the Nissan GT-R Nismo , you will notice that the aerodynamics have been drastically revised , which gives the car a more predatory appearance. The bumpers, sills and pressure wing at the back are new. These elements are able to increase the downforce by up to 100kg compared to the standard model, equally distributed on the front and rear axles. The black six-spoke wheels were inspired by those from racing specials. The GT-R from Nismo will be available in five colors – Brilliant White Pearl , Meteor Flake Pearl Black , Ultimate Metallic Silver , Vibrant Red and, unique to this version, Dark Matte Grey .

The entire structure of the car has been reinforced for better behavior at the limit, the chassis has been strengthened and the custom suspension is supplied by Bilstein . DampTronic shock absorbers are adjustable in Comfort, Normal and R modes. Dunlop tires are also made to order for the Nismo , measuring 255/40 ZRF20 at the front and 285/35 ZRF20 at the rear.

The twin-turbocharged V6 3.8l VR38DETT engine received larger and more efficient turbochargers, thanks to which it provides 600 horsepower and 652Nm of torque. The fuel pump was improved and each cylinder received its own injection timing. Nismo does not reveal the dynamic capabilities of the car, but it is speculated that it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in about 2 seconds . The time on the Nürburgring with a value of 7:08.679 is official, which is a record for mass-produced cars . Only the Porsche 918 is faster, but it will only be produced in a limited series.
