Maserati MC12 up for auction on eBay

Buying a quality used car is the dream of almost every motorist. Body condition, mileage, service history and price are the main factors that influence our judgement. But what if I tell you that an auction from the realm of dreams has appeared on eBay? The flawless condition of the bodywork is complemented by low mileage and, above all, incredible exclusivity. Only 50 pieces of the model I have in mind were produced

OK, I'll take it. You have already read what kind of car it is in the title. However, this news really deserves general attention. The Maserati MC12 was produced only in 2004 and 2005 in a total volume of 50 units. However, if you expect that the price of the car has decreased over the years, you are wrong. While the MC12 sold for around €860,000 at the time, you'll have to dig deeper into your pocket to match the price of this piece. The asking price is 1.1 million euros .

The condition of the car is very exclusive. The mileage has not exceeded 2000 and you can be sure that the car has been handled with gloves throughout.

The Maserati MC12 is based on the iconic Ferrari Enzo (F60). In the end, 400 of these were produced, which puts the Enzo on a slightly different track in terms of exclusivity. In front of the rear axle is a six-liter twelve-cylinder engine with a cylinder grip angle of 65°. The maximum output of 630 hp is 30 less than that of the Enzo, acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds is not a completely common value among super sports even today. The maximum speed of the car is 330 km/h. However, it is worth pondering whether each of the 50 produced pieces in the hands of their owners at least came close to this value.

Final information: there is already one Maserati MC12 in the Czech Republic . However, the probability that two pieces out of fifty would meet in one parking lot is more than slim.
