About a week ago, the Japanese automaker Lexus registered two designations in the USA and Canada – NX200t and NX300h . However, a few days ago, for a change on the Australian continent, another RC 350 registration took place. This could mean that we may see the series production of the LF-CC concept .
It was presented recently at the Paris Motor Show and heralds a preview of the new mid-size coupe. The new generation of IS could also be inspired by this concept. If we analyze the name RC 350 , we find the following:
– The R is a mystery for now, but apparently it will be a novelty among swimmers, which will be built on a new platform and will have nothing to do with the IS or GS
– C is a typical designation for a coupe (in history, for example, the SC model)
– 350 indicates that under the hood of the coupe there will most likely be a 3.5-liter six-cylinder, which we can also find in the IS or GS
For now, the date of the premiere of the RC 350 or the mentioned two crossovers NX200t and NX300h is not known.
