Japanese brand Nissan started its luxury arm Infiniti in 1989 and recently the brand almost got cancelled, luckily the vice president saved everything. But we will not describe the sad deeds and history of Infiniti here . The new Q50 model was presented at the Detroit Auto Show and is thus a pioneer with new markings.
The Infiniti Q50 is the successor to the previous G series , but the automaker has opted for new branding. From now on, all sedans and coupes will bear the initial letter Q. According to the latest information, Infiniti also plans a coupe and a cabriolet called the Q60 , which is essentially a G Sports Coupé and Cabriolet . Over the next four years, we should see four new variations (for example, a rival for the BMW M3/M4 ), the first of which will be the Q60 coupe .
It will, of course, be built on the same platform as the Q50 , and even share the same powertrains. Specifically, we are talking about a six-cylinder, a hybrid six-cylinder or a turbocharged four-cylinder.
