Hennessey Venom GT 2013 – Veyron killer!

In the 2012 model year, the Hennessey Venom GT, or rough modified Lotus Exige , offers a twin-turbo eight-cylinder under the hood with a power of 1,200 horsepower and a weight of 1,220 kg , which means that it reaches 100 km/h in 2.2 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 440 km/h. However, the new year is coming and with it modernization in the form of increased performance and small changes in the design.

In the 2013 model year, a 7.0 -liter twin-turbocharged eight-cylinder with an incredible output of 1,500 horsepower is to appear in the engine compartment. Unfortunately, acceleration and top speed figures have not been revealed, but it's almost certain that there will be more than 1 horsepower per weight. The upgrade also retains the same carbon fiber body with an active rear wing that provides extra downforce. Hennessey will also make changes to the doors, which will receive a new design with wedge hinges, while the double-bulging roof will provide extra headroom.

The biggest change will be the front headlights, where Hennessey wants to differentiate as much as possible from the serial Lotus and adapt to the original design as much as possible. The car also features a carbon splitter, new exterior mirrors and a hood. The photos have not been published yet, but you can look at the successful illustrations in our gallery.
