Ferrari 599XX Evo auctioned for 1.4 million euros

Being an employee, and thus a shareholder, of Google certainly has certain advantages. Among the biggest without a doubt is the possibility to buy practically any vehicle at any price. Such lucky ones include, for example, Benjamin Sloss, who has a bright Ferrari 599XX Evo , produced in a limited edition of only 16 units, living in his garage.

Based on the track-only version of the 599 GTB Fiorano, this amazing yellow Ferrari was auctioned this year in aid of earthquake victims in the Emili Romanga region of Italy, and it was Benjamin who came up with the highest bid, reaching a value of 1.4 million euros. A pair of Formula 1 pilots, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa, then personally handed over the Ferrari to him.

The Ferrari 599XX Evo was first presented to the public last year at the Bologna Motor Show and, in addition to the carbon aerodynamic package, its main boast is a forked twelve-cylinder with a displacement of 6.0 liters producing a maximum power of 552 kW (750 hp) at 9000 revolutions per minute and 700 Nm of torque . No one can be surprised that this super sports Ferrari can complete one lap on the famous Northern Loop in just 6 minutes and 58 seconds.
