Audi City digital showroom opened in central London

Audi City . This is the name of the most modern, fully digital Audi showroom in the world. It is located in the center of London, not far from Piccadilly Circus , and the automaker is rightly proud of it.

This new concept allows Audi to present to the customer every model with every exterior and interior variant in a 3D display on a 1:1 scale. In a regular showroom , the car manufacturer is limited by the space where demonstration models could stand. This means that in order for a particular dealer to be able to offer the customer the widest possible range of models, he would have to have a large and therefore expensive space, which is not possible in some cities.
The new concept of small, digital showrooms is suitable for the busiest parts of cities with good access and allows the carmaker to welcome customers in a clean, modern space where they can configure the Audi according to their wishes on the screen in real time.
"Audi City combines the best of two worlds – the digital presentation and configuration of the car together with personal contact with the customer," says Peter Scharzenbauer, Member of the Board of Management for Marketing and Sales of Audi AG . "This new way of offering cars has brought us closer to the customer – geographically, of course. However, the quality of access to the customer remains a priority. This new concept offers new options for tailor-made services."
Personally, I prefer when I can try out the car I'm interested in, or even take a ride in it. Such a way of offering was unheard of until now and perhaps even unimaginable. For me, it remains unimaginable, because you have to feel good in the car, and for that you have to sit in the car. They won't offer you this at Audi City .
