Aston Martin V8 Vantage S with manual transmission

Sports cars with a manual transmission are now a rarity, despite the fact that recently such a combination was commonplace. One example for all is the Aston Martin V8 Vantage S.

It ranks at the top of the V8 Vantage range, thanks to the 436 horsepower it squeezes from the eight-cylinder engine under the hood. Unfortunately, there is one mistake – only the 7-speed Sportshift II automatic is available . Aston Martin didn't mind for a long time, but the voice of the people was probably stronger in the end, because in Geneva we will see the SP10 model , which will offer a 6-speed manual transmission as a base!

The model will be available exclusively in continental Europe , meaning it will miss out on its home country of the UK. In addition to the new transmission, the SP10 will offer a carbon diffuser, a front splitter, new rear lamps or 19-inch wheels. The exterior will be exclusively painted in Ceramic gray metallic shade (on the cabriolet it is complemented by a Titan gray roof), while the interior will be in classic black, complemented by gray stitching. The cabin of the SP10 will be upholstered in a combination of leather and Alcantara, and piano lacquer will appear on the dashboard.

The equipment was also expanded. Coupe or convertible, I will get 750 Watt audio, electric seats, satellite navigation, cruise control or a Bluetooth system.
