The SRT Viper has been on the market for over a year and a half. During that time, however, no proper tuning modification appeared. Fortunately, American sports car specialist Hennessey Performance is here to sharpen up the "ordinary" Viper.
Its Venom 700R package gets 715 hp at 4400 rpm and 941 Nm from the ten- cylinder . Thanks to these changes, the Viper accelerates to 96 km/h in 3.1 seconds, does the 1/4 mile in 10.4 seconds , and reaches a top speed of 347 km/h!
In order to achieve these numbers, the American tuner had to install high-flow cylinder heads, a K&N air filter and a three-inch exhaust system under the hood. Optionally, you can choose an adjustable Penske chassis or a rear differential cooler.
Visually, the Viper can be distinguished by carbon body accessories along with a rear wing and lightweight wheels. The interior also does not lack carbon elements, the color scheme and various logos are special. But you pay extra for everything. What is at the base are Sabelt racing belts .
The Venom 700R package will be available on both the Viper and Viper GTS, and should go on sale sometime next year.
