Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione was produced in only 500 copies, even though the car company had over 1400 orders for this beautiful model. The owner of one coupe decided to really have fun with the 8C in the snow and even made a video , which we can watch now.
The video beautifully shows why rear-wheel drive is such fun on snowy or slippery roads. All pieces have a 4.7 -liter eight-cylinder in the engine compartment with an output of 450 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and a torque of 470 Nm at 4,750 rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear axle via a six-speed gearbox. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes place in 4.2 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 292 km/h.
