The most powerful and technically advanced sedan of the Acura automobile company . That's what the official press release of the automaker says about the RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD model. And the initial technical data prove her right.

Under the hood of the RLX is a six- cylinder 3.5 i-VTEC petrol engine together with three electric motors – two at the back with a power of 36 hp and one at the front with a power of 47 hp – which add up to a maximum output of 382 hp. With a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic that is built into the electric motor and sends power to all wheels, the RLX accelerates to 96 km/h in "the same time as the eight-cylinder models" and consumes just 7.84 liters per 100 km.
Appearance changes will mainly focus on a different wheel design, unique body colors and several chrome elements. There are also LEDs in the front headlights. The interior is equipped with a new head-up display and an electronic gear selector in the form of a button, which replaces the classic shift lever. There is a seven-inch screen of the AcuraLink multimedia system.
The RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD will hit the market next year , the price has not yet been determined.
