Nissan GT-R Nismo Passes New Tests at Fuji

The record time of the Nissan GT-R Nismo at the Nürburgring , driven by Michael Krumm, is 7:08:679. However, the car was equipped with several special features that probably will not be available in the production version. Nismo is currently developing a package of accessories, the so-called N-Attack Package , which should improve aerodynamics, suspension and reduce weight.

The Öhlins dampers are supposed to have four levels of adjustment. Stabilizers will be stiffer, self-locking differentials at the front and rear, brake pads made of less-decreasing material . The control unit will be newly reprogrammed, and the connection of the intercooler will also be adjusted. To reduce weight, there will be a number of elements in carbon fiber, such as the bulkhead between the engine and the cabin or the frame of the Recaro sports seats . Full specs won't be released until Nissan finishes testing.

However, the automaker confirmed the price of $151,585 (approx. 3 million crowns) for the basic Nismo model. The price of the N-Attack Package will probably be announced at the launch of the car.
