Last year in Geneva , the Bentley Continental GT Speed was shown in an open Convertible version . This year, both the convertible and the coupe will receive a discreet modernization at the same place, which aims to underline the sporty nature of both models.
The six-liter twelve-cylinder with W-shaped cylinders has increased by 10 hp and 20 Nm compared to the previous version, thanks to which it produces 635 hp and 819 Nm of torque. The coupe boasts a top speed of 331.5 km/h, the convertible can handle 326.7 km/h, and Bentley itself states that the Continental GT Speed of the new model year is its fastest production car .
In addition to the strengthened engine, both the coupe and the cabriolet received a lowered chassis and stiffer shock absorbers. Visually, Bentley has applied a new paint job to the front lip, side skirts and rear diffuser. The 21-inch wheels have a new darker paint, the brake calipers are red and the lights at both ends of the car are slightly darkened. The interior can be upholstered in new colors with new stitching colors.
