As the Beijing Auto Show approaches, the activity of automakers is increasing. Today we will take a look at the new Porsche Cayenne GTS , which the German automaker has described as a large and luxurious SUV with supersport performance.
And a proper sports car must dazzle with its appearance, which in this case is significantly supported by an attractive body kit including a modified front bumper, a large radiator grille, widened fenders, a rear pressure wing and four tailpipes of the sports exhaust system. We also cannot forget the original black alloy wheels and the sports chassis lowered by 24 mm compared to the standard version.
Under the hood of this exclusive SUV is a 4.8-liter V8 with an output of 309 kW (420 hp), an increase of 15 hp compared to the previous generation. However, we must not forget the substantial reduction in total weight. 420 horsepower in combination with the eight-speed Tiptronic S transmission means acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in a respectable 5.7 seconds. The GTS then reaches 200 kilometers per hour in 13.3 seconds. And top speed? This is limited to a value of 260 km/h.
The new Porsche Cayenne GTS will go on sale in July this year at a price of 90,774 euros in our western neighbors.
