The Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG will be available with the Business Pack

The recently updated Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG sedan will receive a special optional Business Pack in 2014 , which will be available only for the European market. AMG Performance division technicians were given the task of installing the package.

Ola Källenius, head of the AMG division , gave an interview to Car & Driver magazine, in which he disclosed details of the upcoming Business Pack. Owners of the new E63 AMG class will be able to order this package for a small additional fee, while the resulting effect is to soften the car's aggressive appearance. In the end, the polished limousine becomes at first glance a completely ordinary Mercedes, for which you would guess a six-cylinder diesel at most.

One of the many aesthetic changes is the removal of the existing tailpipes, which will be replaced by standard oval ones. However, installing the package will not touch the drive unit in any way. This means the new Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG Business Pack will retain its 5.5-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which delivers 410kW of power and 720Nm of torque.

However, only European customers will be able to afford the Business Pack for the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG. The desire for a car with a sleek design and huge performance is not that strong in the US market.
