2015 Acura NSX – Priced higher than the Nissan GT-R

The Japanese automaker Honda presented the concept of the new NSX sports car at this year's Detroit Auto Show, and it attracted positive reviews. We at the editorial office recognize that this is a nice car, but unfortunately it has nothing to do with the well-known legend . In the past days, the press spokesman of the car company, Chris Martin , revealed some details about the new NSX .

Specifically, he stated that Honda would not release any pricing information up front, but to give you an idea, he hinted that the new Acura NSX will be more expensive than the Nissan GT-R . It is offered in the United States in basic equipment for USD 97,820 (approx. 1.88 million crowns). At the end, he added that it will be a technological miracle .

The new Honda/Acura NSX is slated to go into production in 2015, hand-built in Marysville, Ohio. This model will become the number one priority for the automaker, as production will take place outside of Japan. It is expected that the new NSX will receive a hybrid system – the engine is located in the middle and the electric motors on the rear axle, so it will be all-wheel drive.
