9ff GT9 Vmax with 1400 hp

At this year's Essen Motor Show tuning car show, 9ff presented another ultra-fast car. These are always based on the production versions of the Porsche 911 GT3 , and it is in Essen that the latest creation of the 9ff GT9, nicknamed the Vmax , can be seen .

The 9ff GT9 Vmax once again surpassed all 9ff creations to date, as it has a brutal 1400 horsepower. The goal of the 9ff was to overcome the fastest car on the planet, which is currently the Bugatti Veron Super Sport.

The original 9ff GT9 model was presented to the public already in 2008, as a car capable of surpassing the magical limit of 400 km/h. Through several evolutionary versions, the 9ff worked its way up to the pinnacle, where the GT9 Vmax model now stands.

The new 9ff GT9 Vmax is based on the same production Porsche 911 GT3 predecessor, with a 4.2-liter flat-six engine housed in front of the rear axle, aided by a pair of turbochargers. Thanks to this, the power of this beast reaches the limit of 1400 hp and the torque reaches a massive 1160 Nm. These values are then transmitted to the rear wheels via a six-speed sequential gearbox with paddles under the steering wheel. The car's enormous power should provide a top speed of 437 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds. To make matters worse, it accelerates from 0 to 200 km/h in 6.8 seconds. It even beats the Ferrari Enzo !

Thanks to thorough mass reduction and the use of carbon parts, the curb weight of the GT9 Vmax is only 1,340 kg. The car sits on aerodynamic wheels shod with 255/35 ZR19 front and 335/30 ZR20 rear tires. The selling price is estimated at 895,000 euros without VAT (roughly 23 million CZK), which is cheaper than the main competitor Bugatti Veron Super Sport .
