Most of us still associate Prague with the legendary V3S , but its post-revolutionary past is significantly different from the iconic mess today. He has the title of world champion in go-karts from 2012 under his belt, and in the big world of small racers today there are really few people who do not know Praga go-karts. Their racing debut in adult cars, the R4S , also reaped success, but it is their latest circuit tool that significantly separates Praga from its competition. Introduced last year, the mini LMP Praga R1 is a real rarity in the world of affordable racers. A carbon monocoque, a closed cockpit, the construction of circuit prototypes and a unique design are something that no one expected from the previously dying brand. Both the naturally aspirated version with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and the turbocharged version of the same engine are available. At about 300k and 625kg weight on the circuit, the R1T is able to compete with more expensive GT3 specification cars. Next year, Praga is preparing its first CUP , and with it we can look forward to exciting racing on attractive circuits.
