French carmaker Peugeot has released a video in which Sebastien Loeb tests the 208 T16 Pikes Peak racing special. The Red Bull-sponsored 208 T16 will be competing in the Unlimited class, and believe me there will be plenty to watch.
In the engine compartment of the French beast, we find a twin-turbocharged 3.2 -liter six-cylinder with an output of 875 horsepower, which is transmitted to all wheels using a six-speed sequential gearbox. With a weight of 875 kg, the aforementioned 208 T16 Pikes Peak accelerates to 100 km/h in an incredible 1.8 seconds , and hits 200 km/h 3 seconds later.
