Acura ILX – New racer in New York

Acura will introduce a hatchback version of the ILX sedan for the NASA Endurance Series races at the New York Auto Show . The car has a number of aerodynamic modifications such as a front splitter , sports mirrors and a large rear wing . There are racing shock absorbers and wheels. The interior, where there are racing seats and a steering wheel and a protective frame, has become significantly poorer. The exact specification has not been announced, but it is known that the engine has been significantly modified. Better car dynamics will be provided by a sports exhaust system , a racing clutch and a lightweight battery.
