Enge heads to the ADAC GT Masters final from Monza, Italy

Last weekend, Tomáš Enge started with the Reiter Engineering team in the International GT Open in Monza , from where the team went to the final event of the ADAC GT Masters at the German Hockenheimring . Tomáš Enge and Albert von Thurn und Taxis want to fight for the top ten here.
"Last weekend we raced in Monza, where we got a good result on Sunday. I already drove with Max at the Nürburgring this year and I must say that he has improved a lot. But he is still a student, so there is room for improvement. In qualifying he drove well to the best of his ability, but in the first race we had technical problems and retired after four laps," said Enge at the beginning.

However, the Sunday race followed, in which Tomáš Enge started from the second row. “I managed to set the absolute fourth fastest time and second in the GT3 class, missing out on first place by one tenth. I got off to a good start as I moved into first place in the class. This is how I handed it over to Max even after half the race. In the end, he finished the race in fifth place, which is an excellent result for us, considering how much Max has done. It can be seen that the extensive summer training brought Max acceleration," recalls the rider of the Reiter Engineering team last weekend.

In front of Tomáš Eng and his partner Albert von Thurn und Taxis is now the end of this season in the form of the last race of the ADAC GT Masters series. "We are fully prepared, because we tested in Hockenheim three weeks ago and we also prepared on the simulator. In addition, the track here should suit our Camaro GT3, so we would like to end this season in the ADAC GT Masters with dignity," added Tomáš Enge in conclusion.
