Seat Ibiza modified by JE Design

Recently, we have had tuning modifications of cars here, which can already take off more than one gelled dude from his shoes. Therefore, I decided to present an easier way to achieve a relatively nice creation, without the need to install an extensive body kit. It is the responsibility of the German modifier JE Design , which presented its program for the Seat Ibiza , one of the most modified cars.

The basis of the exterior appearance is a set, which includes a front splitter , side sill extensions, a wing above the fifth window and a rear diffuser. All parts are attached to the original parts, so there should be no problem with subsequent disassembly. However, the exhaust system, which is connected to the trapezoidal outlet in the diffuser, must undergo a major modification. The rear part from JE Design is therefore compatible with all engines available for the current Ibiza generation.

It goes without saying that wheels make a car. The tuner has prepared a set of 17" and 18" Multispoke alloy wheels, which are connected to the car through a lowered, sporty chassis.

If a simple change of appearance is enough, you can stop reading. However, for those who want more power from their engine, JE Design has also prepared something. Thanks to the remapping of the control unit, the most powerful of the TSI 1200s can be driven from 77 kW to a more interesting 103 kW, and the torque will then increase from 175 Nm to 230 Nm.

The same fate can befall the most powerful version of the 16 -litre diesel engine. 77 kW in the base can be adjusted to a nice 92 kW, the original torque of 250 Nm increases to 295 Nm.

JE Design is also preparing performance kits for the four-cylinder 1.4 TSI and 2.0 TDI CR in the coming months. All body parts are available both individually and as a complete package to order from JE Design or any Seat dealer.
