Audi presented the concept of a new race car for the DTM

The new DTM (Deutsche Touring Masters) season will start in less than two months. In Geneva, Audi showed off a model for the new year, in which it will want to win back the title that BMW won last year.

According to the car company, the design, aerodynamics and technology comply with the latest regulations that will apply from this season. Describing the car's design here would be like carrying firewood into the forest, so I'll just say that there isn't much left of the base RS5 .

The drive has not been confirmed yet, but there are rumors about a four-liter eight-cylinder engine with an output of around 500 horsepower . Audi will send a total of three teams (Abt Sportsline, Phoenix and Rosberg) and a total of eight cars into the fight this year.

This year's racing calendar includes races in Austria, Great Britain, Holland, of course Germany and, for the first time, also in Moscow, Russia.
