Volvo presents the farewell edition of the XC90 SUV

More than 11 years – that's how long the Volvo XC90 will be on the market before being replaced by an all-new second generation . In order for the current model to wait a few more months, the Swedish car company is sending a new top model into battle.

The XC90 Signature Edition is based on the current top model, the XC90 R-Design . However, compared to it, it offers appearance accessories and better equipment. The exterior boasts nineteen- inch Ixion wheels , xenon lights, tinted glass, aluminum mirror covers and chassis or skids.

Inside, the customer will get RSE multimedia system for the rear seats, RTI navigation system, Volvo Premium audio , electric sunroof, leather upholstery, electrically adjustable rear seats, heated front seats and several aluminum accessories.

The new model will still be on sale in France , where its price starts at 62,850 euros (approx. 1,605,000 CZK), which is quite a lot at first glance, but Volvo states that the advantage over the same retrofitted model in the configurator is 2,959 euros ( approx. 66,000 CZK). In addition, dealers should supposedly be open to negotiating for a possible additional discount
