The vehicle, which is available in five- and seven-seater variants and which will go on sale in the spring of next year, will offer its customers an optical package including plastic fender skirts, sill extensions and the lower parts of the bumpers. The overall impression, which in my eyes is very positive, is enhanced by the interior with two-tone seats. The gray stitching of black leather can then be found on the steering wheel, handbrake, gear lever head and adjustable central armrest.
The Volkswagen Cross Caddy will be powered by a range of power units including both gasoline and diesel engines. There will also be the possibility of burning LPG and natural gas. In addition, 4Motion all-wheel drive and DSG dual-clutch gearbox will not be missing.
