Recently, Japanese car manufacturer Toyota launched a new ad in the British Isles called The Real Deal . But after a short time, Great Britain decided to ban the mentioned advertising spot. And reason? It is said to be a very dangerous ride.
The brand itself defends itself by saying that the ad takes place in a fictitious CGI city, and thus the automaker distanced itself from the real point of view. However, they still agreed to a ban in the UK , saying it could lead drivers to drive their vehicles irresponsibly and dangerously.
A Toyota representative told the UK's advertising agency that there was nothing wrong with the TV clip and it was impossible to translate it into reality. Although it is banned on television, it is still available on YouTube .
