The smallest Micra model has been modernized

Nissan Micra , that is, a model of the Japanese car company, which has been produced since 1982, when the first generation was introduced to the world. The fourth generation , which was shown in 2009, is currently on sale, and just today complete information and photos of the modernized Micra were revealed.

The exterior of the facelifted Nissan Micra boasts a redesigned front bumper, grille, headlights and other revised parts. At the rear we find a new bumper, modified fifth door and LEDs in the lamps. Optional equipment includes a panoramic roof, new alloy wheels, new body colors and, last but not least, a parking assistant.

The basic Visia equipment level will offer electric windows only in the front, remote central locking, ABS, ESP, an unspecified number of airbags, power steering and a player with CD/USB/AUX. The mid-level Acenta differs from the basic version by a set of 15" alloy wheels, automatic headlights and wipers, Bluetooth connection or front fog lights. The highest possible Tekna equipment radiates with 16" alloy wheels, parking assistant, keyless start, folding rear-view mirrors and also a 5.8" touch screen with the NissanConnect system .

The DIG-S three-cylinder gasoline engine with a capacity of 1.2 liters will excel in the engine range, which will be offered with or without turbocharging. The three-cylinder drive should offer a combined consumption of 4.1 liters/100 km and emissions of 95 g/km. The motorization will be paired with a five-speed manual as standard, but a CVT transmission is also possible for an additional fee.

The modernized Nissan Micra will go on sale in the fall of this year.
