The legendary Land Rover Defender modified by Project Kahn

The British tuning company Project Kahn decided to modify the legendary Land Rover Defender . The latter is mainly intended for hard terrain, but this version, called the Defender Harris Tweed Edition , will probably never be seen there.

Behind the relatively long name hides a luxuriously equipped offroad that can fully compete with, for example, the Mercedes G-class. At first glance, it impresses with its black exterior, which is complemented by wide fenders and a slightly raised radiator grille. But that's just the beginning of the modifications Project Kahn has made to the rugged Land Rover. LED daytime running lights have been newly installed in the front headlights, the main headlights have received clear optics, and there are new chrome door sills on the sides. The car is built on nice 18" wheels marked 1983 Defender .

As I have already indicated, this rugged and at the same time luxuriously modified Defender can be boldly compared to cars like the Mercedes-Benz G-Class for several reasons. Such changes have taken place in the interior that the car is forbidden to farmers or farmers in advance. Polished aluminum elements, real wood or Nappa leather and Alcantara await potential customers here. Last but not least, we find hand-woven tweed, which is from the Scottish Isles of Lewis and Harris , and is used for the upholstery of the seats and the ceiling. The owner will feel at home in the car.
