The concept of a more practical Civic was shown in Geneva

At the beginning of February of this year, the first teaser of the planned Honda Civic as a practical station wagon began to spread on the Internet . Unfortunately, more information was not provided, so we waited for the debut to take place at the Geneva exhibition. It took place just yesterday and the Japanese brand presented the aforementioned station wagon, but as a concept study.

Based on the concept, a serial variant will be created, which will go into production at the beginning of next year. The presented Honda Civic Tourer has a low and wide stance, but mainly a dynamic and elegant appearance, which it achieved mainly thanks to LED headlights, sloping roof lines and a roof spoiler.

A photo of the interior has not been released, but it is almost certain that it will be carried over from the current five-door hatchback. Honda has stated that we can expect first-class luggage space . Under the hood, we will probably find one of the following engines – 1.4 i-VTEC (100 hp and 127 Nm), 1.8 i-VTEC (142 hp and 174 Nm) or 2.2 i-DTEC (150 hp and 350 Nm).
