Suzuki introduced the small Celerio

The end of the Alto, Suzuki's smallest model , is apparently very near. The Celerio hatchback presented in Geneva not only has similar dimensions, but is also produced in India and aimed at the same target group of customers.

The design may not excite, but on the other hand, it won't offend either. Compared to the new Twingo or the Cologne triplets, it looks like a poor relative , but even the Alto did not win beauty contests. Even the interior does not look as attractive at first glance as some competitors , but in the end you will be glad for such a solution. Where there is nothing, nothing will go wrong, and in addition, the absence of a tablet-style central panel will be more of an advantage for less technically gifted users.

Under the hood of the European version, which is 3.6 meters long and has a wheelbase of 2425 mm, is a 1.0-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine that is equipped with a stop/start system and has emissions of only 85 g CO2/km. The weight is a very pleasant 830 kg and we can finish talking about numbers with 254 liters of luggage space . The novelty will not go on sale until the end of the year.
