Suzuki iK-2 – Against all

At the Geneva Motor Show , Suzuki presented the iK-2 concept, a new small hatchback that would like to attack the positions of its European competitors. So it looks like this is a preview of the new generation Swift . However, it will not be easy to shake up the positions of the Fabia , Polo and Fiesta .

The car uses a new lighter platform and new turbocharged engines called the Boosterjet and the SHVS hybrid system. The basic engine will be a liter unit with a turbocharger . The design is not dramatically eye-catching, but that doesn't mean the car looks bad. Suzuki's current design direction is called Liquid Flow and is meant to resemble the dynamics and movement of liquids. I often have trouble seeing these visions, but what I definitely notice are the LED headlights and the front mask that remotely resembles the Kizashi model. Developers have focused on consumption, safety, stability and driving improvement.

The 4,023-millimeter-long car (with a wheelbase of 2,520 millimeters) should reach the European market next year. He should bet mainly on the spaciousness of the interior.
