When we wrote about the Skoda Yeti Laurin & Klement SUV last year, it was only available with a single gasoline engine and three diesel engines. This is now changing, as Skoda has added another unit to the offer without much media response.
Specifically, it is a 1.4 TSI gasoline turbo engine with a power of 90 kW . This engine brings with it yet another change in the offer – front wheel drive ! Until now, the Yeti L&K was only available with all-wheel drive. The new turbo engine then works exclusively with the automatic transmission.
The basic price of the Yeti L&K 1.4 TSI is 674,900 CZK . For your money you get, for example, bi-xenon lights, 17-inch wheels, leather seats, dual-zone air conditioning or a heated windshield. You can read a complete overview of the equipment in the official price list of the model .
In addition to the aforementioned 1400, the Yeti Laurin & Klemen is available with four engines – 1.8 TSI 4×4 (118 kW), 2.0 TDI 4×4 (81 kW), 2.0 TDI 4×4 (103 kW) and 2.0 TDI 4×4 (125 kW) . All engines have a 6-speed manual as standard, but the middle diesel version with 125 kW can also be combined with an automatic.
