What happens when you mix a bit of Mad Max , add a Terminator toad and give it a taste of the Dakar Rally ? The Renault Duster Détour , a "rougher" version of the popular SUV, will be created.
The appearance of the new concept is particularly eye-catching with its two-tone paintwork in a combination of matte gray and yellow, which is complemented by eighteen-inch wheels with off-road tires, tinted windows and a higher ground clearance .
Modified bumpers, LED rear lights , roof rails and a new rear diffuser with dual exhaust tips further contribute to the rougher appearance. The side profile of the body is decorated with a distinctive inscription referring to the model name.
However, Renault hides information about the engine or the drive used. The main mission of the Duster Détour , which is presented at the Johannesburg Motor Show , is to draw attention to the arrival of the modernized Duster on the African market.
