Renault Captur – In the name of a frog

At the beginning of last February, the news about the new crossover of the French car manufacturer Renault went around the world . Would you like to iron out the unattractive Koleos with a completely new model for your customers? Not quite. The Renault Captur concept will be based on the insane Nissan Juke . The manufacturer has learned from some of the unsightly features of the Juku , added sleeker lines, and according to a private survey, the ball is now in Europe's court. However, more detailed images will be available at a later date, and we will wait until early next year at the earliest.

The engine range will likely consist of units from the Nissan Juke . So we can look forward to an excellent diesel four-cylinder dCi with a volume of 1.5 liters and an output of 81 kW. For fans of gasoline, a turbocharged 16-liter with a power of 140 kW and a torque of 240 Nm will be prepared. The manufacturer will pair both engines with a six-speed manual transmission as standard, and we expect both the option of front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive.
