The turn of this month will be interesting in many ways. On the occasion of the Paris Motor Show , we will finally (after more than a year) see the unveiling of the production version of the MINI Paceman . Now I'm going to repeat myself a bit. The MINI Paceman is a two-door variant of the Countryman model, which has been on our market since 2010. The new model is built on the same platform, so the wheelbase will be the same (2595 mm). It's not so easy with height. The car sits 10 millimeters closer to the ground, overall it is 43 millimeters lower compared to the Countryman. Of course, the direct ratio between the loss of height and weight does not apply, even so the Paceman in the basic version is 20 kilograms lighter than the comparable Countryman .
MINI will offer the new Paceman in all variants that are available for the Countryman . So we can prepare for the version, One, Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper D, Cooper SD, and the sharpened John Cooper Works version will definitely find its place. The car should be around 1,500 euros more expensive in Germany than the comparable Countryman . So we can count on a base price of around 450,000 crowns for the Paceman One version. All-wheel drive ALL4 will be part of the standard equipment.
