Our largest car company is now managing its activities from Prague

Skoda Auto now manages its activities in the Czech Republic from Prague. For this purpose, the sales organization is moving its headquarters from Mladá Boleslav to the Czech capital. The new headquarters of the Czech Republic region was officially opened yesterday. Mr. Petr Pečenka (center), CEO of Skoda Auto Česká republika , Jan Kopecký, car racer and model Tereza Maxová took charge of the ribbon cutting ceremony.

The move to the capital is part of a large-scale reorganization of Skoda 's operations in the Czech Republic. Since March of this year, the car company has been operating as an independent sales organization on the domestic market. The aim of the new structure is to be effective for domestic business partners and to strengthen activities on the domestic market.

In the first stage, 56 of the current 100 employees of Skoda Auto Czech Republic moved to the new headquarters in Prague-Michli . The first to move into the new offices will be the Sales and Marketing, After-Sales Services and Sales Network Development departments. The car company organizes daily transportation for workers living in Mladá Boleslav. The complete relocation will be completed within the next three years. Only the employees of the Customer Center remain in Mladá Boleslav.
