New engines immediately for three compact Mercedes

Even the compact models of the A-class, CLA and GLA did not escape the regular modernization that more or less all Mercedes models go through. In their case, it is primarily an expansion of the offer with and without all-wheel drive .

The smallest A-class hatchback will be newly available in the 220 4Matic version , which, as the name suggests, has all-wheel drive. In addition, under the hood, it is equipped with a two-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine with an output of 184 hp and a torque of 300 Nm. In conjunction with the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic 7G-DCT , the four-wheeler accelerates in 7.4 seconds and consumes 6.3 l/100 km.

The four-door CLA coupe now has a 2.1-liter diesel under the hood in the 200 CDI version , replacing the older one with a volume of 1.8 liters. The performance parameters, 136 hp and 300 Nm, have not changed, and you can choose from a six-speed manual (consumption 4.1 l/100 km) or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic 7G-DCT (consumption 4.0 l/100 km). The price for the manual starts at 834,900 crowns, for the automatic you pay an additional 56,817 CZK. This unit is also available in combination with 4Matic all-wheel drive , but then the price rises to 943,800 CZK. And once again the CLA with 4Matic, this time in the 220 CDI version with 170 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, which with the 7G-DCT automatic starts at 1,013,980 crowns.

The GLA compact SUV is newly equipped with a basic 1.5-liter four-cylinder diesel in the 180 CDI version, which produces 109 hp and 260 Nm. The unit is available in combination with a six-speed manual or a seven-speed automatic 7G-DCT , with which it accelerates to 100 km/h in 11.9 seconds and develops a maximum speed of 190 km/h. The basic price with the manual is CZK 712,690, the automatic is CZK 56,817 more expensive.
