Mini again completes the range of engines

It's only been a few days since Mini introduced a five-door model for the first time in its history. The three-door then saw a further expansion of the engine palette , now with two poles in the offer.

First up is the Cooper SD , representing the most powerful variant with a diesel engine. Its two-liter TwinPower Turbo with four cylinders produces 170 hp and 350 Nm at 1500 rpm. The Mini with this unit accelerates to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds (7.2 seconds with the optional six-speed automatic ) and consumes an average of 4.0-4.1 l/100 km with emissions of 104-110 g CO2/km. The base price of this version was set at 19,450 pounds (approx. 659,000 CZK).

At the opposite end of the range, we find the One First version with a three-cylinder petrol 1.2 TwinPower Turbo with an output of 75 hp and a torque of 150 Nm at 1400 rpm. With this engine, the small hatchback accelerates in 12.8 seconds and consumes 5.0-5.2 l/100 km with emissions of 117-122 g CO2/km.
