A possible form of the new generation Tiger

The Opel Tigra , a small coupe with sporty features, was introduced in 1994 on the basis of the Corsa B , so the driving characteristics were not so sporty . However, the coupe caught on and was produced until 2000. It was only four years later that a new generation of Tigra was revealed with the nickname TwinTop, due to the fact that it was already a convertible with a fixed folding roof .

Of course, the platform was taken from the Corsa C , but it was no longer the original Tigra as in the first generation. The two-stroke Tigra was withdrawn from the market in 2009 due to very poor sales. Since then, the name Tigra has not appeared in the portfolio of the Opel brand. However, the well-known graphic artist X-Tomi Design was not lazy and designed the third generation of the Tigra model in the current design language of the Rüsselsheim automaker.

In practice, this means that the virtual Tigra picked up all the design elements especially from the small Adam model . We doubt that Opel would start developing the Tigra, as the chances are very slim , mainly because the current Corsa is headed for retirement and a new generation is impatiently awaited. Maybe after that we could expect a new Tigra, but everything depends on the management of the car company and the demand in the market.
