Lotus Evora 414E Hybrid

This year's Goodwood Festival of Speed is sure to be very busy. In addition to the rich accompanying program, visitors will also enjoy a number of exhibition premieres, especially of sports cars. Interesting concepts certainly cannot be missing. One of them is the Lotus Evora 414E Hybrid .

Although it was officially presented to the world in 2010 at the Geneva International Motor Show, it is still a very attractive concept with an advanced power unit. The basis is a pair of electric motors, which together produce a maximum output of 304 kW (414 hp) and 1000 Nm of torque. No one can be surprised by the acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in approximately 4 seconds and a maximum speed of 209 kilometers per hour.

The hybrid Evora can cover a distance of 48 km on pure electric drive. When the battery is low, the three-cylinder is involved in the entire process, which functions primarily as a generator. In addition to decent dynamics, this entire system is characterized by low emissions, which in the combined mode are around 55 g of CO2 per kilometer.
