The Japanese car manufacturer Lexus , respectively Toyota , has registered a trademark in the USA and Canada for two designations – NX200t and NX300h . Thus, it can be inferred that Lexus is currently working on two models that will bear the aforementioned designations.
The daily Kaizen Factor revealed that the NX models will be placed under the RX in the menu. This means that smaller crossovers will carry the NX designation. The NX200t will likely have a 2.0 -liter turbocharged engine under the hood, while the NX300h will offer a classic 2.5 -liter hybrid engine. It can also be found in the following cars – Lexus ES300h , Toyota Avalon Hybrid and Toyota Camry Hybrid .
The date of the introduction of the new NX models has not yet been announced.
