Lancia heads to Geneva with a birthday edition

Lancia has been kept in a kind of clinical sleep since last year, and almost all of its attention is focused on the Italian market, namely the Ypsilon urban model. All the more surprising is the new Ypsilon 30th Anniversary edition, commemorating thirty years since the start of production of the model, whose world premiere is scheduled for the Geneva Motor Show.

The novelty is placed between the "youth" version of the Elephantino and the high-end Elle, its main differentiation from the rest of the range lies in several unique body colors (such as Ultramarine blue ), 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, chrome exhaust tips and optional black tailgate . These should refer to the first generation of the model.

In the interior, the standard equipment, including manual air conditioning, a multifunction steering wheel and a radio with CD and MP3, will impress you. The seats are upholstered in Castiglio fabric in black or beige. Under the hood is a 69-horsepower 12 -horsepower engine that can also burn LPG in addition to gasoline, an 80-horsepower TwinAir turbocharged two-cylinder engine that burns natural gas, or an 85-horsepower engine that burns only gasoline, and a 95-horsepower Multijet 13- horsepower diesel engine.
