Jeep will introduce the European version of the modernized Grand Cherokee

Just two months after the premiere of the American version of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the same brand will also show the same model in the European variant . The place of the premiere will be Geneva and almost nothing will change compared to the American version.

The facelift can be summed up in a new front fascia, including headlights, modified rear lights and modernized bumpers. Inside, the Grand Cherokee received the UConnect information system with an 8.4-inch touchscreen and a new center console.

The European version will also get an 8-speed automatic , and that's right for all engine versions. So it will be offered with both a six- or eight-cylinder gasoline engine, as well as a diesel unit.

The standard equipment received specific changes. We'll once again see four trim levels – Laredo, Limited, Overland and Summit , with the latter getting a few extra features. Newly, this model will feature a forward collision warning system or the Selec-Speed Control system, which will allow the driver to set the vehicle's speed.
