Honda has finally revealed the sporty Fit Mugen

At the beginning of August, Honda leaked the look of the sporty version of the Fit hatchback , which is the responsibility of the brand's in-house tuner, Mugen . But that didn't derail Honda, and it released the official information only now.

First of all, we have to disappoint those who were looking forward to some engine modifications. You can only choose from standard units – 1.3 (100 hp), 1.5 (132 hp) and a hybrid version with a 1.5 gasoline engine and an electric motor (135 hp). At least a sportier tuned chassis , sports exhaust, better brakes and new air filters will please.

In appearance, it's more dramatic after all. Mugen "ordered" a complete bodykit for the Fita, including new bumpers, diffuser, side skirts and a decent rear spoiler. This, together with the mirror covers and the license plate holder, is made of carbon . The wheels have a size of 15, 16 or 17 inches. An interesting feature is the offer of two types of bodykits – while the orange-colored model has a conventional powertrain under the hood and looks sportier, the white Fit is powered by a hybrid system and its appearance is certainly not as dramatic.

The interior, which can be equipped with one of two types of sports seats , offers new carpets, door sills, subtle carbon fiber decor and the option to pay extra for additional alarm clocks on the center console that display oil pressure and temperature and water temperature.
