FCA refused to participate in the Paris Motor Show, which automakers will still be missing?

This year's Paris Motor Show will open its doors at the beginning of October, but already a few months in advance, it is certain that several car companies will be missing. The Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) concern – more precisely, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Abarth and Jeep – also recently renounced its presence.

The Italian-American alliance decided so because they have almost no news in their portfolio. In addition, thanks to the absence of the Paris exhibition center, they will save part of their finances, which they can invest elsewhere. But after all, someone will represent the FCA group, namely Maserati and, of course, Ferrari, even if it no longer falls under the concern.

Another Italian brand, Lamborghini, will also be present at the exhibition site, but unlike Maserati and Ferrari, which will arrive officially, it will only be represented by a Paris dealer. Even Volkswagen itself will not be present at the Paris Motor Show, but Audi, SEAT, Porsche and Skoda should have their stands. Bugatti and Bentley are also to be reckoned with, as they have something to show the public.

The following manufacturers will also be present in Paris – Citroën, Hyundai, Kia, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Suzuki, Toyota and Smart. However, there were also many excuses, namely that brands such as Ford, Infiniti, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel, Subaru and Volvo will not come to the Paris Motor Show. Unfortunately, we don't know the reasons for individual brands, but they will certainly be similar to FCA.
